• The templates developed by the publishers are their responsibility;

• The templates authorship and the shared data are the publisher's responsibility, respecting the specific copyright laws and the disclosure of sensitive data and information;

• TaticView is NOT responsible for the use and the consequences of the usage of any template;

• Clarification of doubts and services hiring related to Publisher's Templates must be provided by the publishers themselves;

• TaticView responsibility to Publisher's Templates is limited to providing description/authorship credits disclosure;

• TaticView does not interfere with the publisher's templates themes/similarities since it respects the involved countries laws;

• A publisher can delete its TaticView Templates with no need of previous authorization. Downloaded templates will still work normally;

• TaticView can delete a publisher's template with no previous authorization. Downloaded templates will still work normally.
